How do you get it to download to GIMP???
It looks amazing. But My GIMP can't open it. Is there a certain thing I need to download first??
Make sure that you extract it
Make sure that you extract it to this directory:
C:\Program Files\GIMP-2.0\share\gimp\2.0\brushes

how to install on mac
To install on a mac:
Right click Gimp, select "Show Package Contents", then to the following directory: /Contents/Resources/share/gimp/2.0/brushes/.
Thats it! Just drop it into the "brushes" directory, and you done.
After I extract the brushe
After I extract the brushe into the right place, how do i use it? Where is the brush?

Yeah the brushes set is from photoshop website. I've the brushes downloaded but my concern is if we can use all the brushes from photoshop? That would the ridges homes be exciting.
