I have firefox but should work similarly with IE, so i just click the Download button and then "save to desktop" then go to desktop and cut (ctrl+X or right click and select cut) then go my computer, C:, program files, gimp2.0, share, gimp 2.0, brushes, and the paste (ctrl+v or right click on empty space and select paste)

and when you open GIMP it'll be there....
