Nice, apart from the fact that there seems to be only one brush (maybe I downloaded it wrong) Ah for all of you that don't know how to install brushes its pretty easy.
Simply go to C/: ------> Program Files ------->Gimp-2.0 ----------> Share ----------> Gimp ----------> 2.0 ----------> Brushes
And save it there. If its a Winzip file, you have to extract it first and then place it in.
