I couldn't get it to work on Windows. I tried it on Linux (I have Ubuntu). It took me two tries. My first try generated a bunch of blank images. I tried again, it worked great!!!
Basically, you can use guides to markup how you want to slice your drawing. The drawing has to be in indexed color mode. (Image->Mode->Indexed).
Then you just go to "Filters->Web->Py Slice",(available on Linux version, I can't find it on Windows version). It not only sliced it up, it also generates the html file for you.
The other method will generate the slices, but you have to save each file individually. It's under "image->transform->guillotine". However, when I ran it on Windows, it crashed. I think it couldn't handle some many new image windows. It worked fine for me on Linux.
Conversion to HTML
