Submitted by Jonathan (not verified) on Wed, 04/16/2008 - 20:53.I am running gimpshop 2.2.11 on a mac and I have placed the .abr file in the burshes folder and nothing new showed up in my brushes menu. Is it that I am running Mac? Or is it that I have Gimpshop instead of Gimp? I would love to download more burshes and things but if they are all .abr files I will not be able to do that.
The help would be greatly appreciated!

Submitted by Gimper on Wed, 04/16/2008 - 20:56.only Gimp 2.4 and up support .abr brushes.. i would suggeste using gimp 2.4 or if you must have the photoshop like menus try http://gimphoto.com.
gimpshop is old and seems to be a dead project .
