How to Make A Catch Splash Page for your Website

Hi, this is my first tutorial so please excuse me if I am a bit off.

What You Will Need

• A nice set of abstract brushes. If you do not have any, you can download a set here http://qbrushes.com .

Step 1

Create an image with the size of 378x183 or your size of choice. Fill it in with black.

Step 2

Use some grunge brushes and brush some colors of your choice around the image.

Step 3

To create the notice, create a new layer and use the rectangle marquee tool and select a rectangle that fills up most of the space. Fill it with #f0ebde. To make the border, use the Fuzzy Select Tool and click inside the square. While it is selected, make a new layer. It should select the edges. Go to Edit>Stroke Selection and change it to 1. Click OK. Then go to Filters>Blur>Gaussian Blur and keep the default settings of 5.

Step 4

Duplicate the layer, move it on top of the frame, and rotate it upwards. Add a border. Repeat, except this time rotate it downwards. Repeat, and make it straight.

Step 5

Enter the text of your choice and you're done! For mine, I used Complete in Him which can be found on DaFont. You're done!
